but I think this was a positive patch overall that did fix some shit (HoFing is actually a thing now and lights/heavies are actually useful compared to mediums now), and the new system means its easier to balance things out but its still probably going to be shit. I have a little hope though and I had fun playing it again after not playing for a month.

5 awful players per team abusing 950 damage tech thumper and spamming turrets + bullet weapons still being really strong = this game sucks my ass. it was a fun 2 days but it sucks again and with the fundamental flaws in the game and hirez's general incompetence when it comes to balancing means it will probably stay ass

The new spinfusor for inf is ridiculous now as a jugg. You'll be tooling along minding your own business then stealth disc from nowhere and then they recloak. Drives me crazy but makes the class totally legit now.
