The convention starts on JULY THIRTIETH but you can get your badge early on the TWENTY-NINTH and usually there is DEROGATORY GRAFFITI about ANIME FANS on the walls of the convention center (see attached image) with accompanying captions like "welcome to baltimore, nerds".
